Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). The shipping method depends on order size, destination, and urgency.

Delivery Times

Sea freight: 15–45 days depending on destination. Air freight: 5–10 days. Express courier: 3–7 days. Production lead time is additional and varies by product.

Order Tracking

We provide tracking information for all shipments. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificates of origin.

Bulk Orders

For large orders, we can arrange dedicated container shipping (20ft/40ft FCL) with competitive rates. Contact us for a freight quote.
