Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Custom OEM/ODM products are non-returnable unless defective.

Eligibility

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Recycling equipment returns must be arranged before installation.

Return Process

Contact our support team to initiate a return. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Equipment Returns

Recycling equipment returns require prior approval and are subject to a restocking fee. Equipment must not have been installed or operated. Contact us to discuss your situation.
