Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility & Time Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags and protective films intact, and in resalable condition. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted. Custom OEM/ODM products manufactured to your specifications, items marked as final sale or clearance, and products damaged through customer use are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Email our support team at support@chxguard.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, photos (for damage or defect claims), and the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and ship-back instructions within 2 business days. Returns sent without an RA number will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility for change-of-mind or non-defect returns. If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item, CHX Guard will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage — we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.

Refund Processing & Timeframe

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the item within 3 business days and notify you of approval or rejection by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer) within 7–10 business days. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong size or model. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and clearly state the replacement item in your message. If your desired replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: custom OEM / ODM products manufactured to your specifications; items marked as final sale or clearance; products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer; items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories. For sanitary or safety-critical reasons, opened single-use protective items may also be non-returnable — please refer to the individual product page for specific terms.
