Free Shipping on US Orders
All US orders ship free — no minimum order. In-stock orders ship from our warehouses in Houston, TX and Detroit, MI via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
Shipping Methods
US retail orders ship by USPS or UPS ground service from our US warehouses. International and wholesale orders ship via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight or sea freight (FCL/LCL), selected based on order size, destination and urgency.
Order Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom OEM/ODM orders require 15–30 business days for production after sample approval. Bulk orders over 5,000 pairs follow a production schedule confirmed at the time of order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
US orders usually arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch. International orders: express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) 3–7 business days; air freight 5–10 business days; sea freight 15–45 days depending on destination port. Total delivery time = order processing time + transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier link. You can track your shipment at any time on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of order confirmation, please contact us at sales@chxguard.com.
Customs & Import Duties
US orders ship domestically from our US warehouses, so no import duties apply. For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We provide the necessary export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin where applicable.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
For large orders, we can arrange dedicated container shipping (20 ft / 40 ft FCL) with competitive freight rates negotiated with our logistics partners. Bulk customers receive door-to-door or door-to-port options. Contact our sales team for a freight quote tailored to your destination and volume.
