Shipping Information
Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). The shipping method is selected based on order size, destination, and urgency.
Order Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom OEM/ODM orders require 15–30 business days for production after sample approval. Bulk orders over 5,000 pairs follow a production schedule confirmed at the time of order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery times are: Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) 3–7 business days; Air freight 5–10 business days; Sea freight 15–45 days depending on destination port. Total delivery time = order processing time + transit time. We recommend express courier for orders under 100 kg and sea freight for full-container shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier link. You can track your shipment at any time on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of order confirmation, please contact us at support@chxguard.com.
Customs & Import Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificates of origin (when applicable). Buyers are responsible for ensuring imported products comply with local regulations.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
For large orders, we can arrange dedicated container shipping (20 ft / 40 ft FCL) with competitive freight rates negotiated with our logistics partners. Bulk customers receive door-to-door or door-to-port options. Contact our sales team for a freight quote tailored to your destination and volume.
