Welcome to CHX Guard. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website chxguard.com and any purchase you make through it.

This website is operated by 1588 (Changzhou) International Trade Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), registered at No. 60 Xiangzhang Rd, Beigang Subdistrict, Zhonglou District, Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. "CHX Guard" is our brand name.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may browse and purchase from our store as a guest or by creating an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We make every effort to display product details, specifications, and images accurately. However, we do not guarantee that colors, sizes, or other details are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to modify or discontinue products at any time.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products at the prices listed. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Reasons for rejection include but are not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment.

An order is only considered accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of order placement. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

We accept payment via PayPal. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payments are processed securely through PayPal; we do not store your credit card information.

Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available carriers are shown at checkout. We ship from our US warehouse via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For full shipping details, see our Shipping Policy.

30-day window. Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

RMA required. Contact us at sales@chxguard.com before returning anything. Returns sent without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be refused.

Condition. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original unopened packaging and in resalable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal protective equipment cannot be accepted.

Restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Orders under $50. To save you the cost of return shipping, we may issue a refund without requiring the goods to be sent back. We will tell you if this applies.

Custom / OEM orders are non-returnable unless defective.

Our error or defective goods. If we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective, we cover return shipping and charge no restocking fee. Please report it within 30 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, product designs, and software—is the property of CHX Guard or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

Our products are sold "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Industrial safety products must be used in accordance with their specifications; improper use may result in injury.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHX Guard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHX Guard, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent People's Court at the seller's place of business in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. The "Last updated" date indicates when these Terms were last revised.
